About

Hi, I’m Matt, a painter and illustrator based near Brighton in the UK.

I’ve been working as an illustrator since 2016.

I’m also a teacher and oil painter, focussing on personal work and private commissions - my chosen subjects are portrait, figurative, landscape and narrative paintings.

In 2021 I completed a project for Atticus Film & Television and Sky Cinema, designing and animating the title sequence for their feature film, ‘To Olivia’ starring Hugh Bonneville as Roald Dahl and Keeley Hawes as Patricia Neal.
